Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy for damaged goods and wrong items delivered. Returns for any other reasons, such as change of mind or purchasing mistakes, are not accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, we will exchange it for the same one or issue a refund if the item is no longer available.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, you must provide proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged item. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If 7 days have passed since receiving your item, you are no longer eligible for a return.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at contact@monarklasercraft.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
